We really tried our best to give Biden Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson the benefit of the doubt.

But every day that goes by and new evidence emerges about her legal views, we fear she will lean radical left on the highest court.

In written responses to questions after her confirmation hearing, Jackson would not say whether individuals have natural or “inalienable rights.”

Jackson did acknowledge:

“The theory that humans possess inherent or inalienable rights is reflected in the Declaration of Independence, which states: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness’.’

But when she was asked: “Do you hold a position on whether individuals possess natural rights, yes or no?” She answered: “I do not…”. You can read the whole statement below.

Her response:

We believe this answer should have been disqualifying, but, alas, it doesn’t seem to bother any Senate Democrat or the three Republicans – Collins, Murkowski, and Romney – expected to vote for her this week.
