Forcing highly infectious patients into nursing homes still ranks as one of the deadliest policy mistakes of the pandemic – especially considering we already had evidence of the same policy failing causing deaths in Italy and the UK.

Now in Britain the offending politicians may be charged with criminal negligence. Why aren’t governors here held to the same standards of conduct.
