Wyoming Becomes 15th State to Adopt Universal School Choice

Here’s the joyous headline from the Cowboy State Daily:

It’s a small rural state with a sweeping reform. The law will offer public money for private education to all grade levels while expanding vouchers for pre-K, home schoolers, and special ed students.  Families with incomes of up to $82,000 annual income will qualify.

President Trump called the new law “an incredible victory for Wyoming families” when he helped push it over the finish line:
