Have we become a nation of hypochondriacs?

The latest Gallup Poll disturbingly finds there has been zero movement on the public’s belief that the pandemic is over. The same 40% who said it wasn’t over on the fourth anniversary of the lockdowns still still say it at year five:

When do they expect to return to normal life? For many of our liberal Democratic friends, the answer may be…never.

Last year we marked the fourth anniversary of lockdown with the release of a report detailing the key policy blunders of our pandemic response: COVID Lessons Learned. We fear that for almost half of Americans the lessons STILL haven’t been learned.
