Only One-In-Twenty Union Members Voted for Their Union

The Left loves to talk about “threats to democracy.” That’s ironic because a new study by the Institute for the American Worker finds that of the eight million private sector union members today, fewer than 400,000 voted for the current leadership. Less than 5% of the current workers approved the union.

That’s the lowest level ever.

Even worse, for those who do vote, instead of requiring secret ballots, many of the unions use card check. This bullies workers into voting yes, or they might get a brick tossed through their living room window.

Trump should call for all unions to have secret ballot elections every two years, as a way to get rid of corrupt union bosses.
