The first case the Supreme Court will hear in the fall term is Suncor v. Boulder. At issue is whether Boulder County, Colorado will be allowed to sue the energy companies for alleged harms of global warming.

Former Arizona Solicitor General and executive director of Alliance for Consumers O.H. Skinner has been ringing the alarm bell, pointing out that if the Supremes give Boulder a green light, they will “impose a net zero agenda on the whole country, which means air conditioning, beef, gas-powered cars, all of that stuff is on the chopping block.”

The big green foundations have been pouring amicus briefs into the court, and some reports suggest they may be funded by China. Let’s hope the Supreme Court does the right thing and shuts down this backdoor to an agenda that has already been rejected by the American people.
