2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Sites, analyze traffic, understand how visitors engage with our content, and support our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where applicable, through the consent banner displayed on the Sites. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Sites function.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on the following third-party services, each of which processes limited information about visitors and subscribers:
- Mailchimp — to manage our email list and send newsletters and updates. When you subscribe, your name and email address are stored in Mailchimp’s systems. Mailchimp also collects data about email opens and link clicks. See Mailchimp’s privacy notice at intuit.com/privacy/statement.
- Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Sites. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect aggregated information about site usage. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads — we use the Meta Pixel and related tools to measure advertising performance and reach relevant audiences on Meta platforms. Meta may combine this data with information it already has about you. You can adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- X (formerly Twitter) Ads — from time to time we run advertising on X and use its measurement tools. X may collect information about your interaction with our ads.
- Other advertising platforms — we occasionally run campaigns on additional advertising platforms, each of which has its own privacy practices.
These services act as independent controllers or processors of the data they collect. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send newsletters, alerts, publications, and event invitations
- Respond to inquiries and requests
- Process donations and comply with campaign finance and tax reporting obligations
- Analyze traffic and improve the Sites and our content
- Measure, target, and optimize advertising campaigns
- Protect the security and integrity of the Sites

5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers — with vendors who help us operate the Sites, send email, process donations, and run analytics and advertising, under contracts requiring appropriate protection of the data.
- Legal and compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to comply with reporting obligations (for example, donor disclosures required by applicable law).
- Protection of rights — to protect the rights, property, or safety of Unleash Prosperity, our supporters, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with any reorganization, merger, or transfer of assets, subject to continued protection of your information.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations (including donor recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
