As the old saying goes: You can build windmills with steel, but you can’t build steel with windmills.

Germany has been the painful victim of this economic reality. By going green, its production in industrial energy-intensive industries is down almost 20% in the last decade.

Just another reminder that “going green” means “going poor.”
