Now we know Rep Ocasio Cortez is getting very serious about running for president.
Meet the new “moderate” AOC.
Once the most prominent star of the Democratic Socialists of America, she’s now denouncing some of these ideas as “crazy.” On the Sunday talk shows this past weekend we got a sneak preview of AOC 2.0:
- She does not endorse defund the police.
- She does not endorse shutting down ICE
- She is not “woke” and thinks “Woke One was crazy.”
- She calls many of the positions of the DSA “extreme.”
AOC 2.0 Democrats have to be inflation-fighters and represent the views of the working class – or something like that.
If this rebranding continues, soon she’ll be pronouncing that “the era of big government is over.”
