This bombshell video from a group called Muckraker, in partnership with James O’Keefe’s Citizen Justice League, appears to unambiguously show petition collectors for the proposed billionaire wealth tax, offering cash and cigarettes in return for signatures. This is strictly illegal under California law and in most states:
