In the last week or so it seems that virtually every Democrat in Congress facing a tough race in November is breaking from Biden on his order to overturn the “Stay in Mexico” policy, also known as Title 42.

Last week Senator Maggie Hassan even traveled to the border to show her deep concern about the chaos and lawlessness. And she publicly broke with the Biden policy.

The latest poll has Hassan trailing her likely Republican opponent, Chuck Morse, by two points.
