Brookline, MA right outside of Boston is one of the nation’s most affluent towns. According to city brochures, Brookline residents pride themselves for being steadfast “advocates for progressive policies.” For those who may want to move there, the political leaning of the residents in Brookline is self-advertised as “strongly liberal.”

One HOTLINE reader in Boston sent us this laugh or cry local news story that one third of the town’s public EV parking spaces with free electric charging stations will be shut off because no one is using them.

Amazing. Even in woke Brookline the residents are freely choosing gas cars that emit greenhouse gases.  According to the local press: “EV users are used to getting lots of things for free… Those days are over.”
