Hey, Wasn’t the Affordable Care Act Supposed to Make Health Care MORE Affordable?

Here we go again. Here’s Yesterday’s headline on health care costs:

The story finds that “Costs for employer coverage are expected to surge about 9.5% in 2026, while an employer survey suggested 9.2%.”

Health insurance now costs an average of $25,500 per family.  This is a tax.

Meanwhile, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for medical care services shows a 57.7% increase since January 2010.

Obamacare has exploded health care costs and Congress must reject proposed expansions in this year’s budget or we will lurch further toward the left’s dream of an entirely government-run health care system.
