It’s never over ‘til it’s over, but we are going to make a call here: the Biden-Schumer ploy to kill the 60 vote filibuster rule in the Senate is going to suffer the same ignominious fate as Build Back Better.

To get any election reforms, Biden may have to go the old-fashioned bipartisan route, but even that looks dubious given that Biden on Tuesday accused Republicans of “holding a dagger to the throat of democracy.” He really has turned into a unifier.
