Who knew that California governor Gavin Newsom is a Hotline reader? Or maybe someone on his staff is. Three days after we showed the filth and garbage along the rail tracks in Los Angeles (and many others did too), we FINALLY see this California headline:

The Gov. even used the same terminology we did: L.A. is “starting to look like a third world country.”

We only wonder why the L.A. mayor, city council, neighborhood groups, and the governor let this problem fester for months upon months before someone took action. What towering incompetence.
