In Seattle No Good Deed Goes Unpunished

New York’s Zohran Mamdani gets all the media for his moronic socialist initiatives, but the worst mayor in America may be Seattle’s Katie Wilson. Her open-air fentanyl markets have made Seattle the drug capital of the nation as the number of drug users keep expanding. The city has been forced to remove pavilions and bus shelters to curb loitering and drug sales.

Local businesses report rampant crime from the drug culture.

Some brave and heroic volunteers are doing what they can to improve conditions and minimize drug overdoses – a leading cause of death in Seattle.

But these volunteer cleanup efforts are about the only thing the authorities will put a stop to:

We Heart Seattle founder Andrea Suarez said she gave up a corporate career, invested $25,000 of her own money, and spent three years picking up trash for free before building a volunteer army that has removed 2.2 million pounds of debris from Seattle’s streets and encampments. So when a state investigation and public scrutiny of her nonprofit’s finances hit at the same time, she didn’t hold back.
