Bernie Sanders makes no secret of the fact that his Medicare for All bill creates a right to free, taxpayer-funded health care for noncitizens and even illegal aliens.

The system can’t handle the trillions in added costs and would accelerate Medicare’s bankruptcy. We would expect Democrats to scamper away from this wildly unpopular and fiscally catastrophic bill with its multi-trillion dollar 10-year price tag.

We took a look at the latest version of the Medicare for All Act and confirmed that the current, active version of the bill expressly includes “all residents” in its new right to free, taxpayer-funded health care:

Just in case “all residents” isn’t clear enough, the Medicare for All Act also prohibits “discrimination” based on “citizenship status.”
