Mrs. Fauci Was Given a Choice

When Trump was pressed on never firing Anthony Fauci in his first term, he pointed out that civil service laws tied his hands.  But he seems to have learned a lesson. Earlier this week Christine Grady – Fauci’s wife and somehow also, ironically, the NIH’s top bioethicist – received notice that if she wanted to continue her employment at HHS she would have to accept reassignment to an Indian Health Service outpost in a remote Alaskan village. No word yet on whether she will accept the offer.
