So a state where roughly 47% of the voters are Republicans would have one of 11 (9%) of the congressional seats. Even Barack Obama is running ads in VA talking about how fair this is, Uh huh!

We guess that all is fair in love and politics, but this congressional gerrymandering is now an art form that makes a mockery of the concept of congressional “representation.”

The Republicans can’t cry too much. They’ve tried to redraw lines to push Dem voters into only a few congressional seats in Texas. The tit for tat has now gone nuclear.

Why in the world do we STILL allow politicians to draw their own districts?

An AI program could draw consolidated districts in about 30 seconds and this would be fairer than what the politicians are doing with their crayons and gaggle of brainiac political consultants.
