You may recall the famous riff from Garrett Morris on Saturday Night Live back in the late 1970s when the show was actually funny: “Baseball been VELY, VELY gooood to me.”
Well it turns out that COVID has been VELY, VELY gooood to Anthony Fauci and his wife. Mrs. Fauci, AKA Christine Grady, is the chief bio-ethicist at the National Institutes of Health.
After an explosive exchange with Senator Dr. Roger Marshall of Kansas in which Anthony Fauci lied and said his 2020 income had already been disclosed (it hadn’t been) and that Senator Marshall was a “moron” (he isn’t), Fauci finally released his unredacted disclosure:
Our friends at Open the Books crunched the numbers, totaling more than $1.7 million:
-
-
- Anthony Fauci salary: $434,312
- Christine Grady salary: $234,284
- Perks and Pension Benefits (estimated): $200,500
- Royalties and Professional Reimbursements: $100,000
- Gifts and Travel Reimbursements: $13,298
- Investment Income: $794,369

Not a bad year for government work. We wonder what Mrs. Fauci thinks about the bio “ethics” of capitalizing on a deadly virus.
Dr. Christine Grady and Dr. Fauci met in 1983 working with a patient at the NIH. Dr. Grady says her husband's commitment to public health is a driving force 24/7.
