Since global prosperity depends on getting the Strait of Hormuz open again, Trump is right to threaten nations that are aiding and abetting Iran.

The most influential nation that is tucked in bed with the Iran regime, of course, is China.

But paradoxically, no nation would benefit more economically from getting Middle East oil flowing freely again. As the chart below shows, about 90% through the Straits powers Asia – and almost 80% China.

China is evidently willing to make themselves and the rest of the world poorer in order to destabilize the U.S. economy and weaken Trump politically. This is not a friendly nation.
