Congratulations to Kevin Warsh for being confirmed yesterday by the Senate as Fed Chairman on a 54 to 45 vote.

Not to toot our own horns too much (as much as we love to do it), but we remind readers that Warsh was on the original shortlist we at UP presented to then-candidate Trump in March of 2024:

Great choice Mr. President.

What’s pathetic is that only one Senate Democrat – Fetterman of Pennsylvania – voted for Warsh, even though he is clearly highly qualified for the job and is one of the top monetary policy experts in the country.

Just another indication that Trump Derangement Syndrome is a serious affliction.

Democrats need a vaccine.
