Up to now, the official position of the World Health Organization has been skeptical of the idea that lockdowns can prevent a virus from spreading through the population even though it has often supported the shutdowns.
Now – after two years plus of hopelessly failed interventions – the WHO is on the brink of officially recommending that all countries adopt COVID-19 lockdowns to do the obviously impossible: “curb COVID-19 transmission.”
This is absolute madness. WHO has become a totally discredited voice on health issues due to its litany of mistakes and incompetence – for example in tracing the origins of Covid in the Wuhan labs. We’ve argued for a cessation of all U.S. funding of the WHO, but instead, Congress keeps funneling these Keystone Kops even more money.
