It’s hard to think of a better first target for President Trump and his efficiency czar Elon Musk, than the US Agency for International Development. It’s a vast slush fund for every left-wing cause around the world and an agency that despite spending tens of billions of dollars, has had zero impact on documented economic “development.”

Now this is efficiency.
