As Senior Director of Development at Unleash Prosperity (UP), Adam is leading the organization’s fundraising program across major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, planned giving, and direct response support. He brings over two decades of fundraising experience to the role and is second-generation in the development profession.

Before joining UP, Adam served as Chief Development Officer at the National Review Institute, where he oversaw the organization’s full range of fundraising operations. Prior to NRI, he held senior major gifts roles at the American Enterprise Institute and The Heritage Foundation.

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree from Duquesne University. He lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with his wife and two sons.
