The Tax Foundation finds that Ben Carson’s tax plan would raise taxes on the lowest-earning 90% of households with a 14.8% tax increase on the lowest earning 30% of the economy, a 16% tax cut for the top 10% of earners and a 33% tax cut on the top 1%, and that over ten years economic growth would inure dramatically to the wealthy.

The Tax Foundation shows that the tax code is more progressive than many believe.
