| 2) Top Three Things We’re Watching Tonight Besides Virginia And New Jersey Governor Races – The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has become one of the most partisan in the country, with its Democratic majority approving a new Democratic gerrymander of Congressional districts in 2018, ruling a voter ID law unconstitutional and last year changing the state’s election law during COVID in a way that encouraged fraud. Unions have poured in $2 million for the Democratic candidate. – New York State voters will decide three constitutional amendments placed on the ballot by the Democratic state legislature. One would make legislative gerrymanders easier, another would create a fraud-prone, same-day voter registration law, and another would make it much easier to request absentee mail-in ballots. – Minneapolis has experienced a dramatic surge in violent crime, but Social Justice Warriors in the city, such as Rep. Ilhan Omar, have placed a referendum on the November 2 ballot to disband the police department and replace it with a nebulous Department of Public Safety, which may or may not include police officers. |
