The first injunction against the Biden order that purports to bar Medicare and Medicaid funds from any health care provider that doesn’t fire its unvaccinated employees was issued by a federal judge yesterday in Missouri. The CMS order is now enjoined in Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, new Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
We couldn’t have said it better than Judge Matthew Schelp whose wrote in Missouri v. Biden:
“What is known based on the evidence before the Court is that the mandate will have a crippling effect on a significant number of healthcare facilities in Plaintiffs’ states, especially in rural areas, create a critical shortage of services (resulting in no medical care at all in some instances), and jeopardize the lives of numerous vulnerable citizens. The prevalent, tangible, and irremediable impact of the mandate tips the balance of equities in favor of a preliminary injunction.”

The decision is fodder against mandate governors like Kathy Hochul:
Any doubt she’s just like Cuomo? Her stubbornness/arrogance will cause people to die.
A federal judge today blocked the mandate for healthcare workers in 10 states saying it would impose burden “on ability of healthcare facilities to provide proper care, and thus, save lives.” https://t.co/V6NOQZ95D5
