We loved this headline from yesterday’s Supreme Court oral arguments on mail in ballots:
Several of the justices complained that thousands of ballots have been counted even when delivered after Election Day, and to count these often fraudulent ballots will turn Election Day into “election week.”
Even better news: If the Supreme Court bans post-election ballot counting before its term ends in June, states would be forced to change their procedures in time for the November mid-term elections.
