Now that the left’s war on fossil fuels has thankfully come to a screeching halt in Washington, the climate change crazies are swarming into state capitals and demanding that utilities use renewable energy to power data center and AI.

This is a dangerous and anti-America mandate that will play into the hands of the communists in Beijing. It’s a fantasy to think that we can fuel the next generation of American tech dominance with windmills and switchgrass.

The Chart below shows industrialized nations will need to more than triple the number of data centers over the next five years to keep up with the stampeding demand for data storage, high-speed AI computing capacity, and robotics. Almost all of the energy generated here at home will have to come from cheap and abundant natural gas, nuclear power and to a lesser extent clean coal.
