Abolish The Michigan Income Tax

The 15-second video here could turn out to be historic.

Jonathan Lindsey, a newly elected state Senate member and former special forces member of the U.S. military introduced a bill on the floor of the legislature in Lansing to abolish the state income tax. This happened on one of his first days in office.

You could practically hear the Dems and the special interests gasp in horror.

One Democrat scoffed: How will Michigan pay its bills?

Well, gee, nine states have no income tax and are doing quite well. Ask them. And nobody’s leaving those states like they are fleeing Michigan.

Did we mention Mr. Lindsey is the son-in-law of CTUP cofounder and economist extraordinaire Arthur Laffer?
