The crime is so rampant in San Francisco it happened right in front of the CNN cameras – multiple times!

CNN’s Kyung Lah reports from a Walgreens in San Francisco that gets hit by shoplifters “more than a dozen times a day.” Lah reported the frozen food section is secured with padlocked “chains, heavy chains.”

“This was something I had never seen before. This is more icing on the cake telling us that rampant crime has become a regular part of life,” a customer told Lah.
