Speaking of hypocrisy, are there any bigger hypocrites on the planet than the self-righteous Europeans?

The EU leaders have howled in protest in recent days over Trump’s deal to purchase diesel fuel from Russia to lower prices here at home.  The EU hasn’t purchased oil from Russia since the Ukraine invasion.

But wait. The Europeans are by far Russia’s largest customer for natural gas.

So just who’s been funding Putin’s military adventurism?

What makes these purchases doubly hypocritical is that the EU is lecturing the rest of the world to swear off fossil fuels while they have been guzzling Russian natural gas.

Maybe they’re like Nancy Pelosi and they don’t realize that natural gas is a fossil fuel?
