This headline from the WSJ confirms an in-migration of some people into the Golden State:
So do the math. The state has lost nearly two million residents to net domestic migration over the last decade at the same time that homelessness is surging. So are California’s caseloads for welfare programs like Medicaid. Businesses and “evil” rich people are leaving, and the welfare cases are replacing them.
