The rich are abandoning the failed government schools and sending their kids to private schools, but poor kids are left behind. This is the left’s idea of fairness.

Per Bloomberg:

White, young and rich students are chief among the kids leaving the NYC public school system during the pandemic, according to a new report. The city’s Independent Budget Office says New York is struggling to retain white and affluent kids in particular. Retention rates for that demographic from pre-K through third grade dropped by four percentage points last academic year.
