We love the Wall Street Journal (especially the editorial page), but this headline announcing the death of former Republican Senator Jim Inhofe was so disrespectful and insulting, that we had to comment:

Inhofe for years was indeed one of the lone voices of sanity when it came to combatting with science the climate change religion. For that, he was a hero and he’s been proven correct.

Here is one of our favorite nuggets of wisdom on the Senate floor from the late Oklahoma Senator:

Climate is changing and climate has always changed and always will. There is archaeological evidence of that and historic evidence of that. It will always change. The hoax is that there are some people who are so arrogant to think that they are so powerful they can change climate. Man doesn’t change climate.
