Medicare and Medicaid lead the pack and we just would remind readers that this is just the fraud and theft that we KNOW of. The actual numbers are multiple times higher. Our friends at Foundation for Government Accountability have found that many blue states aren’t even doing audits of eligibility.

Republicans should say to Democrats: don’t you dare talk about raising anyone’s taxes until these fraud rates are cut to close to zero. It’s broke. So fix it.
